Continental Automotive is establishing in Timisoara a Global Business Services center that will eventually perform accounting and purchasing activities for Contitech locations all over Europe. The center is going to be connected to specific plants and offices in different countries and regions and will offer high standard and quality services within a complex technological and operational diversity. Currently we are looking for candidates with the following profile: Accounts Payable Support Accountant

Tasks:

- Assist in invoice and credit notes processing via an automatic invoice management tool in SAP;

- Obtain invoice approvals via a workflow application and clarify differences;

- Initiate resolution of invoices non-compliant to Continental standards;

- Interact with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies of invoices;

- Support processing of vendor credit memos;

- Review and reconcile vendor statements against account payable balances;

- Support to prepare monthly reports for the creation of invoice provision;

- Develop into a senior accountant with full scope of activities.

Qualifications

- University degree in Finance, Economics or comparable or work experience in Finance or Accounting.

- Good English skills.

- Good German and/or French skills preferred.

- Willingness to work in an international environment.

- Positive attitude to work as a business service partner.

- Strong teamwork spirit.
