IT Engineer Process Management Environment - TSR

Our future colleague will have the responsibility in driving the technology landscape towards state-of-the-art solutions. Focus on the process management systems and applications (based on e.g. Stages from Methodpark, Sharepoint, MySQL) but also participation in activities in other areas in project management.

Responsibilities:

* Administration and Maintenance of the related systems and applications (e.g. configuration & upgrades of systems, user rights administration, system performance monitoring, change management);
* Drive conceptual work (e.g. for SpinOff) and continuous improvement for our applications (esp. Stages from Methodpark, Cloud/Docker);
* Tool report definition and configuration (JScript);
* Development & adaption of existing and new tool interfaces;
* Support for our Stakeholder in case of incidents (also 3rd level);
* Organize and coordinate Trainings on our project & process management solutions.

Requirements:

* University Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Sciences or similar qualification;
* Experience working in IT Services;
* Knowledge in Projects and Processes Area;
* Excellent Interpersonal Skills;
* Operating Systems and Network Infrastructure knowledge: Servet / Client (Windows);
* Knowledge in working with SQL databases;
* Basic experience with programming or scripting languages (JScript, VB Script, asp.net);
* Basic experience in HTML/CSS and XML;
* Knowledge in Stages and/or Sharepoint administration & development is a plus;
* English - Advanced;
* Verbal and written communication skills;
* Strong Customer Focus;
* International and Intercultural experience is a plus;
* DevOps mindset, tooling and operation - Basic.
