Quality Reporting & Controlling - Vitesco Technologies TSR

Our new colleague will be responsible of Reporting and Controlling on a Quality base, and will have the following activities:

* Creation of Quality Presentation on monthly basis for Vitesco Technologies (VT) Management Board;
* Creation of monthly VT Quality Reporting and monthly Customer Manufacturing Reporting;
* Review of processes and alignment of changes with all Business Units and CDFs in terms of risks, effort and utility;
* Continuously development of Quality Reports, Templates, KPIs and related presentations;
* Analysis of quality- and finance related data in cooperation with Corporate Finance from HANA, SAP and the subsequent preparation in Power BI and PowerPoint;
* Ensure highest possible data consistency and data quality under consideration of Corporate Guidelines;
* Support and development of databases and data structure for VT;
* Creation of concept and project suggestions in order to support Management decisions;
* Assessment of changes, tracking and testing of re-adapted tools;
* Monthly alignment exchange of reporting experts from BUs, Finance, Operations, etc.;
* Preparation of Power BI Reports for bi-monthly BU Quality Calls;
* Preparation of data and invitation Incident and Escalation Calls;
* Creation and content update concerning Quality & Environment pages on VT Intranet sites.

Your competencies:

* Studies in economics, business informatics (or similar);
* Experience in the automotive / supplier industry;
* Professional experience in the field of quality, IT or similar areas;
* Advanced knowledge of data processing;
* Advanced knowledge in the field of database technologies (Excel, Power BI);
* Knowledge of SAP, Business Warehouse (HANA);
* Experience with MS Office 365;
* Strong analytical skills and professional in presentation techniques;
* Intercultural teamwork;
* High degree of independence and systematic working methods;
* Flexibility;
* English: fluent in spoken and written, German is a plus.
