    Requirements

    Your Skills and Knowledge:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Economics, Marketing or Finance;
    • 3-5 years of experience in Sales Operations;
    • Advanced knowledge in SFDC, Excel, Analytical tools;
    • Ability to manage complex cross functional projects;
    • Highly organized with the ability to manage diverse functions, requests, and deliverables;
    • Ability to identify a business challenge, cultivate data, and build out visualizations that tell a story of the problem, its root cause, and how to begin solving it;
    • You have worked with Enterprise BI & CRM systems, and are comfortable navigating and extracting necessary information;
    • Biased to Action, Process Driven;
    • High emotional IQ (‘EQ’) and ability to maintain poise under pressure;
    • Strong problem-solving and communication skills;
    • Organized, detail oriented and process driven;
    • More Than Buzzwords: Big data and AI aren’t mythical beasts. You want nothing more than to develop your skills in these areas to help accelerate the business.

    Responsibilities

    Your Day-To-Day:

    • Support the strategic planning process;
    • Weekly reporting, analysis, and insights communication;
    • Drive Dashboards creations for different PTC internal customer;
    • Identifies system, reporting & Dashboards improvements; participates in related projects.
    • Ensures the alignment between systems, data and processes; Correct data to assure reporting accuracy;
    • Serves as a common interface to internal & external teams: Global and Regional Sales Operations Team, Compensation Team, Alliance Managers, Alliance partners.
    • Provides first level support to field users in assigned areas (e.g. Oracle, PSA, SFDC);
    • Assist in quarter-close process;
    • Participate in Operational projects designed to improve processes and systems and drive change to improve data;
    • Provide support for the Deal Registration and Ordering processes;
