    Bertrandt Bucharest is looking to hire a Leader Design Engineer in the Powertrain Department

    The ideal candidate

    • Previous experience in automotive
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Minimum 10 years in powertrain department
    • Practice of ISO Quotation Standards
    • Knowledge of CATIA, DFMEA, technical rules, essays procedures, QC Delays
    • Suppliers management
    • Fluency in English and French
    Soft skills required
    • Good listening and empathy skills
    • Good time management skills
    • High motivation and willingness to learn
    • Analytical thinking and ability to learn fast
    • Synthesis capacity
