Video Sales Letter Producer

We are a Silicon Valley recruitment firm that powers companies used daily by millions of users. We work out of offices on 3 continents, with the majority of us working remotely from home or coworking spaces.

Requirements:

Have superb written skills and good language articulation
Have a background in all web technologies related to conversion, e.g. Final Cut Pro, Adobe Creative Suite, HTML and markup tools, JavaScript, etc.
Be ambitious in tracking conversion metrics and diagnosing issues to grow their KPIs
Have superior online and offline research skills to understand a market
Pat detailed attention to eliminating error rates of departments under your leadership

Nice to haves:

A background in impulse-driven direct response niches, e.g. bizopp, weight loss, alternative health, personal development, etc.

You will:

Track and grow the overall conversion rates through creating/editing their video sales letters (“VSLs”) and text sales literature
Create and edit customized VSLs as needed by 3rd party affiliate traffic-pushers
Document your learning and procedures carefully to lead and improve relevant departments
Speak and bond with customers over the phone or in-person to deepen rapport with the market
Find and create new conversion elements, such as JavaScript effects, video testimonials and authority news clips, augmenting their conversion efforts
Collaborate with their conversion rate optimizer to ensure KPI growth
