Learning & Development Specialist

Our teams offer 24/7 multi-channel access, multi-language support in 6 different languages (English, French, Spanish, Italian, Polish, German) and IT platforms used by our engineers to solve our customers’ problems.

In Romania we have 3 offices located in Bucharest and Timisoara, where we have over 200 employees.

Requirements:
- Fluency in English;
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Communication, Psychology, Sociology, Economical Science, Human Resources;
- At least 1 year of experience on a similar job;
- Previous experience in a multi-cultural work environment.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills;
- Good knowledge of GDPR regulations;
- Ability to handle high work volumes;
- Ability to maintain confidentiality;
- Any of the following languages would be considered an advantage: German, French, Italian, Spanish, Polish, Turkish or Chinese.

Responsibilities:
- Create and execute learning strategies and programs;
- Design and deliver internal trainings upon request, such as New Employee Orientation, HR Regulations Refresh etc.;
- Gather and evaluate individual and organizational development needs related to learning and development;
- Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities;
- Help managers develop their team members through career pathing;
- Manage the internal awards process;
- Manage the internal language evaluation process;
- Track budgets and handle the necessary legal documentation related to external trainings.
