Contract manager - Legal advisor

The candidate will offer proactive contractual awareness, supervision, instructions and assistance to ensure compliance with all contractual terms of the construction project.
He/ She will be responsible for proactive approach, communication and claim management for site construction contracts, by closely collaborating with various departments, including project and commercial management on construction sites.

Requirements:

- legal studies;
- professional English oral & written required;
- experience with construction law;
- experience in working with public procurement regulations;
- organized and attentive to details person;
- good communicator;
- team player;
- experience in working with FIDIC contracts is a plus;
- experience in construction contract management is a plus.

- Pre-analysis of construction contracts;
- Manage construction contracts according to the agreed procedures;
- Identify and maintain contract documentation and day-to-day review and follow up on contractual rights & duties.-
- Legal, contractual and strategic advice to Project management on contractual issues;
- Claims administration and management;
- Drafting and/or review of notices, preparation of correspondence related to claims, in coordination with the commercial and legal department;
- Manage contractual impact resulting from time, quality or process related problems on construction site;
- General legal advice with main focus on public procurement and contract law.
