Senior Insurance Claims Specialist

• Have a minimum 5 years’ experience in assessing insurance claims
• Have University Diploma;
• The following are considered plus: medical knowledge; Demonstrated history of team or project coordination

Main responsibilities:
• Represent the company in interaction with customers and partners, offering them advice and a pleasant experience;
• Manage and respond to claims for compensation, promptly and correctly;
• Prepare and analyze the periodic reports (monthly, quarterly, annual) necessary to monitor the performance indicators of the department and make proposals to improve these indicators;
• Carry out quality control checks of the activity and make proposals for appropriate corrective measures;
• Contribute to the implementation of strategic projects and to the development and testing of the electronic systems used, sometimes assuming the role of project lead.
