    BIA Human Resource Management Services a fost infiintata in anul 1992, fiind una dintre primele companii de resurse umane din Romania. Compania a inceput prin a oferi servicii de executive search si s-a dezvoltat odata cu extinderea mediului de afaceri din Romania.

    For our client, an international company from Financial Services (Payments, Payment Technology, E-commerce), BIA HR is recruiting a person for Sales Team Leader position.

    The main role of the Sales Team Leader is managing the sales team and making sure the sales targets are met, as well as having individual responsibility for meeting company sales targets.

    Requirments:

    -Leading teams through positive example;
    -Ability to motivate and inspire a sales team;
    -Team player focused on achieving individual goals;
    -Outstanding sales and negotiation skills;
    -High levels of both spoken and written communication and presentation – including public speeches (RO, EN);
    -Good time-management and planning;
    -Logical thinking and ability to predict, ability to perform under stress;
    -Flexibility and willingness to travel (as well as for medium-term purposes);
    -Client oriented. Ability to communicate with various clients at a professional level;
    -Establishes positive relations – supports constructive working relationships with others within and outside the company;
    Behaves like a business owner – understands business, customer needs and financial impacts, makes prudent decisions;
    Result oriented;
    Drive licence - B category.

    Responsabilitati


    -Represents the company, is responsible for meeting the sales targets;
    -Managing and motivating the sales team;
    -Setting sales strategy and procedures in order to meet sales targets, supervision over pricing policy and deploying company pricing policy within limits established;
    -Organizing Sales team operations;
    -Maintaining contacts with strategic customers, leading business negotiations;
    -Analyzing customer needs from the business perspective, the aim being to deliver quality service to customers thus contributing to GP maximal positive economic benefit;
    -Responsibility for service quality delivered to merchants within his/her responsibility and competence of employee team entrusted;
    -Building a professional company image with professional services;
    -Performing other complementary work, related directly or indirectly to ensuring and processing business cases, or meeting other business or operational company needs (exceptionally individually short-term tasks);
