Transport Agent in Logistics Planning

• Min. 3 years of experience in a related field;
• Very good knowledge in English language is mandatory, knowledge in German language is a plus;
• Knowledge of working with SAP – a plus;
• Flexible – willing to learn, willing to travel (30%)
• Good communication and negotiation skills;
• Team player attitude.

• Conduct associate training sessions (e.g. about newly implemented supply chain concepts, key users, transport concepts) and simple profitability studies from logistical standpoint;
• Cooperate in developing integrated proposals for transportation and assure their implementation and cooperate in data collection on the capacity and resource planning in each transportation network;
• Set up and support the logistics functions (e.g. in the production plants, at launch, in supply chain, in transport – and container management, etc.);
• Create logistics concepts (e.g. material and information flow, packaging, transport, etc.), documentation (e.g. Transport requirements, requirements manual, etc.) and presentations;
• Adapt and optimize the use of standard systems and processes;
• Create and improve Transportation flows.
