    Your Skills and Knowledge:

    o Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Economics, Marketing or Finance
    o 5+ years of experience in an analyst role or sales operations;
    o Advanced knowledge in SFDC, Excel, Analytical tools;
    o Ability to manage large, complex cross functional projects;
    o Highly organized with the ability to manage diverse functions, requests, and deliverables;
    o Ability to identify a business challenge, cultivate data, and build out visualizations that tell a story of the problem, its root cause, and how to begin solving it;
    o You have worked with Enterprise BI & CRM systems, and are comfortable navigating and extracting necessary information;
    o Biased to Action, Process Driven;
    o Strong problem-solving skills;
    o High emotional IQ (‘EQ’) and ability to maintain poise under pressure;
    o Organized, detail oriented and process driven;
    o More Than Buzzwords: Big data and AI aren’t mythical beasts. You want nothing more than to develop your skills in these areas to help accelerate the business;
    o Fluent English is mandatory.


    Your Day-To-Day:

    o Develop and implement dynamic decision tools in support of identifying the key levers to drive significant growth in Channel Partner business;
    o Support the strategic planning process;
    o Weekly reporting, analysis, and insights;
    o Channel Sales Operations Subject Matter Expert;
    o Manage on-going and adhoc business projects;
    o Play a key role within organizational programs and initiatives to improve sales processes;
    o Assist in quarter-close process;
    o Engage and work with Global and Regional Operations teams and lines of business to more effectively achieve data needs and analysis results;
    o Work closely with Channel Sales Management and Executives to prepare for business reviews & strategic initiatives.
