• Bachelor’s Degree (Studied mechanical engineering / manufacturing technology / industrial engineer.
• At least 5 years of experience in the field of industrialization, automotive or electronics.
• Pronounced leadership experience.
• MS Projects Knowledge.
• Good knowledge of English.
• High teamwork and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel on business, including stays abroad (no long-term stays abroad).

• Ensuring efficient project management for the planning, monitoring and control of own work packages in the projects with regard to capacities, quality and costs.
• Development of a worldwide standard regarding employee qualification and methods for process planning and resource planning in cooperation with the plants.
• Creation of short and medium-term budget and investment planning for the area of technical planning, taking into account planned projects in coordination with the supervisor.
• Establishment and expansion of the structures and resources for the global CS volumes to be managed in the plants with the aim of designing the plants in a quantity and quality-appropriate manner with equipment procurement, process and production planners.
• Ensuring efficient process planning from concept to detailed planning in close coordination with logistics, development and quality for existing and new products, taking into account the project goals and the industrialization guidelines in cooperation with the plant managers.
• Ensuring effective planning, procurement and commissioning of series production resources for the plants within the framework of the specified industrialization goals with regard to scheduling, economy, output, quality and ergonomics in cooperation with production, application technology and purchasing.
• Ensuring planning, procurement, commissioning, parameterization and balancing of assembly lines and high assembly lines for the production of new and existing products of the segment in the worldwide plants in cooperation with production, logistics and quality with appropriate documentation.
• Leading, developing and motivating the subordinate employees according to the Management principles of the company. Make personnel decisions in cooperation with the Human Resources and the manager.
• Report to the Head of Industrializations.
