• Technical University Degree(Electromechanical Engineering- is a plus) and + 7 years of experience in the related field (Automotive: Ambient light or Antennas- would be a plus);
• IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3 knowledge;
• CAQ basic knowledge (QSYS / SAP);
• Core tools knowledge: (APQP, FMEA, PPAP/PPF);
• 8D methodology / complaints, Q7-Tools, SPC, customer-specific requirements, requalification
• Inspections, special characteristics;
• Basic knowledge of LEAN manufacturing;
• Very good knowledge of English or German language;
• Ability to work in team and personal, initiative and flexibility;
• Analytical and problem solving skills;
• Very good communication and conflict management skills;
• Leadership.

• Coordinating the operational activities in the Ambient and Antennas field;
• Coordinating the Foreman team, QS operators and sampling team;
• Coordinating the 5S and stratified audit;
• Coordinating PMU and FMEA;
• Continuous analyzation and optimization of the quality, costs, production and productivity internal processes;
• In charge with the realization of the periodic reports;
• Dealing with tests for new materials or suppliers.
