IT Application Responsible - SAP FI peripheral applications

• Degree in Information Technology, Finance or similar;
• Experience in consulting and implementation of Finance applications;
• Implementation of at least one application in the area of archiving, consolidation or taxation;
• Project experience in implementation projects as team member or leader 3+ years;
• Good experience in SQL databases;
• Experience in client-server applications;
• Basic SAP FI and Archive link knowledge desirable;
• English language is a must.

• As Application Responsible for SAP FI peripheral applications you are responsible for the archiving, consolidation and tax applications on a global base;
• Perform changes at application level according to internal customer requirements and specification;
• Conduct the update/upgrade of the responsible SAP FI peripheral applications and is responsible for the according release management;
• Maintains contact to the application vendors;
• Implement processes in SAP FI peripheral applications in cooperation with functional units and define the requirements for software development;
• Responsibility for the customizing of archiving, consolidation and tax applications and interfaces to SAP FI;
• Advise in the creation of requirements specifications and create functional specifications for a specific, IT-supported business sub-process element;
• Evaluate, select and define suitable implementation versions for process requirements in SAP FI peripheral applications;
• Act as process interface to internal customers and to the software development department for FI business sub-process element;
• Conduct support functions (e.g. training of the key users in the FI sub-process element in the area of responsibility and in the corresponding application/module, etc.);
• Coordinate work packages in IT service requests and IT projects;
• Solve 2nd level incidents related to SAP FI peripheral applications.
