New Business Developer

New Business Developer (HUNTER) opening for our client - a multinational company, leader of operational leasing and fleet management field.

ROLE of the New Business Developer (HUNTER), is to source quality prospective customers and to convince them about the benefits which the operational leasing and fleet management services can offer. Besides the active sales (hunting) activities another objective is to negotiate with prospects and convert them to customers, ensuring that their best interests are served whilst maintaining an acceptable level of profit for the company.

Essential functions and duties: 1.         To identify qualified prospects and appoint visits,  visits prospects, present COMPANY’s offer and its advantages, fill visit reports in internal system 2.         To identify clients needs and how they can be fulfilled by products/services and explain them in order to obtain client’s acceptance. 3.         To prepare actively, timely and accurate quotations and additional documentation (if required) taking into account the pricing, profitability criteria and process relevant documentation 4.         To negotiate master agreement provisions 5.         To regularly monitor and update the shared database of clients and potential clients 6.         To communicate with other company departments in order to satisfy the needs and requirements of the potential or existing clients 7.         To source stock cars directly with preferred suppliers according to client’s need

Candidates Profile: Since the role is of pure active sales, we look for a professional with 3 years of sales in services / financial services field but not only with a strong interest in automotive market and associated financial services. Knowledge of (full-service) leasing market would be an advantage The person we look for should be independent, self-thinking and working, willing to become an expert who proves necessary energy and convincing attitude to achieve targets, has excellent negotiation skills and maintains an open and approachable style of communication. Because the company is a multinational player fluency in English is mandatory.
