Experience in installation and administration Microsoft platform operating systems (desktops and servers);
Good understanding of a network topology;
Good experience and expertise in Microsoft software;
Working experience with databases (MSSQL / Oracle) is a plus;
Expertise with LDAP, including domain administration, creating, testing and implementing group policies, and maintaining directory objects;
Experience on VMware, virtualization, CCNA, IP telephony is a plus;
High school – completed with Graduation examination; University degree bachelor it’s a plus;
English - conversational;
Self-motivated, goal oriented, problem solving abilities.

Configuring and maintaining the organization's servers and network communications, including LANs and/or WANs infrastructure, directory services, backup services, VPNs;
Identifying issues, investigating root causes and recommending solutions to reported problems;
Preparing help desk incident reports and assisting in hardware and software evaluation.
