Requirements:
• Very good knowledge French and English (spoken and written);
• Previous experience in Human resources, personal administration or payroll is an advantage;
• Dynamic, involved, serious, motivated person;
• Customer orientation.
Tasks :
• Managing the questions/requests received (by telephone or e-mail) on human resources subjects from employees and human resources representatives;
• Record all the questions/requests received, to determine if they can be solved by the Contact Center team or if it is necessary to send them to the second level teams or to the expert center;
• Direct clients to self-service options ;
• Ask for assistance from the Contact Center Manager / Team Coordinator to close complex applications;
• Follow the partially processed requests (with the "pending" status) and update the status throughout the flow;
• Make sure tickets are closed on time in accordance with agreed conditions;
• Identifying and reporting existing / potential risks.
