    Cerinte

    Requirements:
    • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the L&D area;
    • Solid technical knowledge in his/her area of interaction with a proven track record in implementing technical L&D initiatives;
    • Background in technical training delivery and work experience (Fin, HR, COP);
    • Advance experience in operating with MS Office Suite;
    • English at the advanced level, spoken and written;
    • Brilliant interpersonal and communication skills.

    Responsabilitati

    Tasks:
    • Knowledgeable of business-line daily operations, processes and technologies used, skills and capabilities in his/her area of responsibility and ability to provide stakeholders with key insights on employee technical skills development;
    • Identify development needs in technical areas for the specific target groups (FIN, COP, HR) – able to conduct a technical skill TNA (training needs assessment) process with minimum supervision;
    • Work closely with line-managers and middle-managers in identifying courses of action in technical up-skilling the organization’s workforce;
    • Collect technical training needs and identifies best-in-class solutions to be delivered (internal/external provider);
    • Act consultative when interacting with various stakeholders on technical L&D topics;
    • The first point of contact on any L&D technical topics (processes, policies, learning events etc.);
    • Deliver technical presentations to staff on specific topics addressing the delegates’ development needs;
    • Meet with various technical training providers and can draft conclusions and initiate courses of action with minimum supervision;
    • Handle multiple projects simultaneously and is responsible for resource allocation, planning, and implementation and monitoring.
