    -German or Dutch language at an advanced level is required


    -Provide reliable technical assistance to internal and external customers
    -Diagnose and resolve technical issues on company components
    -Ensure proper documenting and recording of all activity and communication
    -Generating and installing licenses
    -Drive focus on accuracy, timely feedback, and customer satisfaction
    -Monitoring various alarms and resolving them
    -Working with tools such as: Jira, Service-now, ASG-Remote Desktop, Confluence, EiServer
