    Cerinte

     Plan and oversee purchase of materials and supplies
     Manage all existing local preferred suppliers’ relationship (interact with suppliers on a daily basis to resolve transactional issues etc)
     Source new suppliers, negotiate prices and contract terms
     Perform contract review
     Process the orders via the internal purchasing tool
     Perform invoice validation and track expenses for ordered goods/services
     Track the status of the contracts, update and verify the contract management form
     Update the Procurement procedures
     Perform vendors evaluation and propose new strategies for savings
     Create reports and analysis as required by Management
     Assume ownership of existing policies and propose updates and improvements to processes if needed
     Liaise with other support departments colleagues to support allocated tasks/projects

    Responsabilitati

     Fluency in English (other foreign language is a plus)
     Strong negotiation skills
     Dynamic, proactive, results oriented, with a positive attitude
     Good knowledge of Office Suite and ability to multi-task
     Organized person with excellent communication skills
     Self-motivated person with the ability to perform with minimum supervision, as well as within a team
     Qualifications and/ or direct experience are considered an advantage but not necessary

    WORK SHIFTS PATTERN: Business hours: 9:00-18:00.
