Plan and oversee purchase of materials and supplies
Manage all existing local preferred suppliers’ relationship (interact with suppliers on a daily basis to resolve transactional issues etc)
Source new suppliers, negotiate prices and contract terms
Perform contract review
Process the orders via the internal purchasing tool
Perform invoice validation and track expenses for ordered goods/services
Track the status of the contracts, update and verify the contract management form
Update the Procurement procedures
Perform vendors evaluation and propose new strategies for savings
Create reports and analysis as required by Management
Assume ownership of existing policies and propose updates and improvements to processes if needed
Liaise with other support departments colleagues to support allocated tasks/projects
Fluency in English (other foreign language is a plus)
Strong negotiation skills
Dynamic, proactive, results oriented, with a positive attitude
Good knowledge of Office Suite and ability to multi-task
Organized person with excellent communication skills
Self-motivated person with the ability to perform with minimum supervision, as well as within a team
Qualifications and/ or direct experience are considered an advantage but not necessary
WORK SHIFTS PATTERN: Business hours: 9:00-18:00.
