- University Degree;

The main responsibility of the candidate will be on the supporting plane:
- documenting issues;
- incident and problem management;
- usage of ticket management tools;
- keeping a close work relationship with application users;
- perform pro-active routine checks of data integrity/interfaces & business platforms;
Will be mainly working on supporting the following cluster applications, having a window of responsibility increase over time:
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 + Set2Sell (in-house application):
o Solving bugs reported by application users;
o Daily check of application flows: Order taking, Visits, Qualitative audits;
o Execution of periodic reports on the application usage;
o Communication with the business in terms of high impact incidents;
o Incident resolution within an agreed Service Level Agreement;
o Referential data crosscheck in-between Navision and Set2Sell data tables: customer data;Item data;Sales analysis data;Stock data;Invoice data;Main item/PR Range Data;Other referential data;
o Re-produce, report and follow up application bugs to the supporting application vendors;
o Support in launching new functionalities;
- Microsoft Navision:
o Check of data integrity & specific data formatting;
o Check of automated jobs and debug issues of Connectivity Studio;
o Perform investigation of possible delay/order loss in-between Navision and Set2Sell;
- Interfaces [SFTP/BizTalk/Database queries/Navision Connectivity studio]:
o Investigate SFTP/BizzTalk/Database job related issues and report them to the responsible support team.
