We are recruiting for our growing office based in Bucharest a 4GL Progress Technology Developer with both front end and back end technologies experience.The job can be done from our office in Bucharest or remote.

Requirements:

You are highly motivated to continuously become acquainted with new (web) technologies
You are willing to work with OpenEdge progress technologies
You should have organizational and multitasking skills and pay attention to details
You have the ability to estimate, plan and priorities testing as part of a scrum team
You should have knowledge and experience with networking technologies such as 4GL Progress technology
You should have experience in reading and understanding code and developing softwares
You should have experience working with Java and JavaScript
You should have experience working with relational data bases like MySQL and PostgreSQL
You should have a Bachelor degree in Computer Science or experience in a related field
You speak English fluently, then you are the best match for us

Responsabilities:

You have the ability to multi-task and the desire to learn new technologies
You will develop modern web and mobile applications with our team from Germany
You develop web and mobile applications according the standardized agreed development framework
You worked with other experts on future-oriented and state-of-the-art web technologies
You have experience with the entire process of deployment process (conception, implementation, manual and automation testing, service and optimization) in the field of Image Campaign, eCommerce and Business Processes or in different industries
You should understand business requirements in order to write automated tests primarily and occasionally manual exploratory testing as required;
You have experience in testing and verifying quality of delivery products

Nice to have:

Knowledge of Git
Knowledge of Webservices
Fluency in other language, for example German, is a plus
Availability for business travels
