We are looking for the most ambitious person with the desire to work on the front office, for the position of Front Office Responsible for a renowned multinational company in the pharmaceutical field.
If you are a person open to professional opportunities that bring you new challenges, you are a proactive person with excellent communication skills, then we want you in our team!
We want to be able to prove punctuality, spontaneity and good attention to details, as well as having good English knowledge and good computer skills; also, your Bachelor's degree is a must!

Your main responsibilities will be:
Welcome visitors;
Correspondence management;
Scheduling and logistical support for meetings within the company;
Administrative support within internal events;
Provides the necessary supplies, stationery and protocol;
Manages invoice verification.
