Gi Group is currently looking for a Project Manager, for one of the most important IT companies, in Bucharest.

The Project Manager will work directly with internal employees to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget and the goals of the project are met. We are looking for a creative and dedicated individual who will fit with our collaborative culture.
The job requires management of projects spanning across time-zones.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or master’s degree in Business Management or equivalent
Experience in managing projects – process improvements, deployment, implementations, testing
Quote to Order operations experience required
PMP / Six Sigma certification desired
Mastery in English
Experience designing and implementing overall process and tools management and improvement frameworks to support sales operations
Evaluating and developing forecasts and plans to guide updates, enhancements and deployment of sales tools and systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Well versed with MS Office

Job specifics/responsibilities:

Project manage the transition from a legacy mass communications tool to a new SAAS solution
Lead short term virtual project teams to achieve specific goals across the organization. The Project teams is distributed across time-zones, countries WW
Ensure project actions are complimenting other ongoing projects and ensure all conflicts are taken up for resolution and resolved
Keep Top Management and all Stakeholders constantly updated on the progress, challenges, risks and secure the support needed to achieve goals. Complete required project documentation and update repositories
Implement Metrics to ensure the project's results remain stable after the closure of the project
Identify new projects and feed into the Project pipeline for review and approvals
Perform ROI calculations and seek approvals to Start New projects
