- Verifica disponibilitatea produselor din stoc periodic, plaseaza comenzile pentru ziua urmatoare;
- Identifică si controlează termenul de valabilitate al produselor si se asigura de aranjarea lor conform FIFO;
- Invata prepararea cafelei de specialitate si mentine standardul de calitate al produsului;
