Legal Executives- Craiova

Key responsibilities
•Providing both client and in-house support by timely responding to requests from colleagues from other departments and/or clients;
•Responsibility for Romanian and Group anti-money procedures compliance:
•Keeping up to date with relevant legislation;
•Coordination of necessary documents collection;
•Constant communication with the group related to anti-money procedures compliance.

Responsibility for data protection laws compliance:
•Keeping up to date with relevant legislation;
•On project bases – preparing data protection evidence for TMF Group;
•Providing data protection evidence for clients.

Preparing documents for administrative proceedings:
•Communication with clients in preparation of the documents;
•Preparing relevant documents;

Tax regulations compliance:
•Keeping up to date with relevant tax legislation;
•Preparing administrative documents for tax registrations.
•Preparation and maintenance / update of service agreements with clients, communication with MD and clients regarding preparation;
•Handling legislation related issues in case they occur in TMF and for client on client’s request.

Key requirements
•Relevant professional education (Faculty of law, bar exam is not required);
•Minimum 4 years of relevant experience (in-house and/or client servicing);
•Ability to interpret laws and regulations and to prepare and execute related practical solutions;
•Diligence in performing work;
•Ability to work under the pressure of deadlines;
•Ability to work independently and as a part of a team;
•High motivation and team spirit;
•Fluency in English and any of the following languages: French/ Italian/German is mandatory;
•MS Office literate.
