    Requirements

    This is an external staff position. Your employer will be a third-party supplier, in service for Microsoft.

    Responsibilities

    On a daily basis, you will resolve the most difficult technical customer issues, often through collaboration different teams globally with various technical specializations by interfacing with various levels of management within customers, Partners, and Microsoft. 


    We are looking for talents that:  

    Possess deep technical expertise and can solve complex technical problems through sound, creative troubleshooting. 
    Demonstrate critical thinking, strong communication skills and ability to develop strategic on-going customer relationships.  
    Enjoy teamwork, and actively contribute to their peer group as well as our customer account teams. 


    Strong knowledge and demonstrated technical proficiency in SharePoint Server and SharePoint Online  
    Good knowledge of Windows OS, 7, 8 and 10 (Program Files, Control panel, where to find things, registry, Processes, services) 
    Good knowledge of Office 365 technology  
    Good knowledge of Office Setup & Deployment process 
    Good knowledge of Office Core applications: interface, usage/functions and troubleshooting (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Publisher, InfoPath, Access) 
    Understanding of Office integration with different platforms: Windows, 3rd party network shares/OS, mobiles, SharePoint, OneDrive 
    Experience of using support tools such as Fiddler, NetMon, IE Developer Tools. 
    Good general networking knowledge including DNS, TCP/IP, Sub-netting. 
    Full Professional Proficiency of English language both verbal & written. Second language as plus: French/German.

    Hi, my name is Ricardo, I have two kids and I really love to play with them, travel and watch movies 😊. I have an Informatics Engineering degree from Superior Institute of Engineering from Porto. I am currently a Microsoft Escalation Engineer and I’ve joined Microsoft 4 years ago.
