• Background as a Finance Manager within delivery/transport/logistics/production field
• High Understanding of business procedures & workflows
• Ability to notice the most important topics (from financial point of view) that needs to be approached & improved.
• Team management expertise
• Capacity of developing specific financial reports from which it can be extracted very clear various business information
• Advanced competencies in using various ERP systems
• Experience in working with medium-large sized companies
• Degree in Finance or related fields

• Close cooperation with the CFO in order to integrate, develop and evaluate business processes
• Supporting, guiding & growing the financial departments designated to you as a Finance Manager
• Offering periodically financial expertise through various reports
• Managing & structure the team in order to function properly as a unit
• Developing and implementing internal procedures & policies of each financial designated section - if adjustments are needed.
• Developing the interaction with other departments in terms of handling requests, centralizing information & deliver expertise
• Encouraging Innovation & business processes automatization
