- Bachelor's degree (electrical or mechanical specialization) or technical high school (electrical specialization)
- Previous experience in service or service coordination is an advantage
- Calm person with ability to build a sustainable and reliable relationship with the team
- Very good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and ERP/CRM related tools
- Fluent in English
- Advanced time management and analytical skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention on details.

Job Purpose Summary:


As a planner you will be responsible for scheduling the works for the Schneider Electric Secure Power service team and for the authorized partners, supplying them with the necessary spare parts.
You will coordinate the preventive maintenance contracts and will optimize the routes of the service teams, in cooperation with them. You will keep track of the works performed by the authorized service partners and will record the invoices received from them within the agreed term.
Good distributive attention is required because you will be working on several systems simultaneously. You need to pay attention to details, to catch the urgency of customer’s complaints.
The main focus will always be informing in advance the clients, partners and service engineers about the scheduled works.
