    Since 2011, Fire Credit has developed a strong and capable team, which is able to accomplish any mission from its area of expertise in the field of Debt Management and Recovery, thus being able to quickly respond to all our partners.

    Education & Experience
    - Bachelor’s degree required; masters preferred
    - Experience as a project manager Three or more years
    - Expertise in conflict resolution
    - Theoretical and practical project management knowledge
    - Knowledge of techniques and tools
    - Experience in strategic planning, risk management and/or change management
    - Proficiency in project management software tools
    - Strong command of Excel and other MS Office programs

    Competencies
    - Excellent communication skill in Italian
    - Excellent communication skill in English
    - Detail-oriented
    - Analytical and strong organizational skills, with excellent verbal and written ability
    - Good communications skills, with customers, team and stakeholders
    - Business & IT strategy experience

    - Presentation skills, MIS reporting, strong individual contributor.

    Responsabilitati

    - Act as single point of contact within and outside team or project to ensure connection and integration of team members and ensure timely response to requests.
    - Coordinate /communicate with appropriate leads and their personnel to ensure initiatives meet schedule, budget, and quality commitments. Ensure stakeholders are kept up to date.
    - Define and manage team structure, agendas and materials to keep people connected, informed and engaged.
    - Track, measure, report and communicate, performance issues and risks minimizing exposure to project risks/issues by developing mitigation plans and escalating critical risks and issues that cannot be resolved.
    - Provide continuous improvement to processes, tools, metrics and training based on ongoing experience, process metrics and feedback from other stakeholders, to drive further efficiencies in the organization.
    - Liaising with other departments, including Implementation, Payroll and the Commercial Team
    - Offers team support to Team Leaders as well as agents in the current activity and problems encountered
