    Your tasks

    • Assesses incoming Ocean Freight tenders and pricing requests including independent RFQ handling, corresponding analyses of the documents and final pricing compilation;
    • Coordinates and reviews pricing received from the regions / countries / ocean freight product teams in order to secure high quality and competitive submissions to the customers as well as conducts final quality and formula checks;
    • Pricing / Proposal preparation as well as final verification and benchmarking in alignment with the involved regions / countries;
    • Consults with Head of Ocean Pricing for final pricing decisions.

    Your profile:
    • Self-motivation, quick learning and creative thinking;
    • Ability to work at a high standard;
    • Very good English language skills;
    • Knowledge and understanding of international logistics operations across multiple modes, with an emphasis on ocean freight will be a plus;
    • Communication skills supported by customer oriented attitude;
    • Ability to handle pressure and achieve targeted results;
    • Ability to work in a cross-functional, matrix and virtual environment; 
    • Experienced in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook etc.).
