    Responsabilitati

    - ofera suport tehnic (prezentari, configurare solutie conform cerintelor clientului);
    - preda devizele, contractele de service;
    - primeste contractele de implementare si service;
    -ofera suport pentru rezolvarea problemelor.
    -sedinta operationala – saptamanal;
    -sedinta tehnica- la doua luni;
    -sedinta de strategie - anual;
