    Requirements

    Minimum 2 years previous experience in HR (recruitment and selection processes)
    University degree (Bachelor degree in Human Resources / Social Sciences represents a plus)
    Excellent interpersonal abilities
    Strong organizational, time management and prioritization skills
    Excellent communication and presentation skills
    Flexibility
    High attention to details
    Business fluent in English; knowledge of German represents an advantage
    Computer literate in MS Office

    Responsibilities

    Works together with the HR team and business managers to define candidate requirements for vacant positions
    Posts recruitment advertisements on the appropriate channels and searches the internal and external databases for suitable candidates
    Collaborates with recruitment agencies
    Conducts screening and on-site interviews according to defined requirements for each project
    Administers standardized recruitment tests to the candidates
    Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements
    Updates the candidate database on a daily basis
    Prepares reports regarding the recruitment status and sources efficiency
    Prepares documentation in regards to the engagement of new employees and sustains the onboarding training
    Ensures compliance with company regulations with regards to Data Security and Protection Standards
