    Requirements


    Proficient in diagnosing vehicle issues and assisting in carrying out test drives of new vehicle model released.

    Good knowledge of Diagnosis & Repairs; Regulatory Compliance; Relationship Management; New Business Development; Revenue Optimisation; Client Service & Satisfaction; Vehicle Performance/ Repair Testin;
    Good understanding and good to read electrical wiring diagram
    Good knowledge of vehicle diagnostic
    Electrical Engineer education preferably.

    Responsibilities

    Implement authorised repairer diagnostic tool by planning, creating, and testing diagnostic routines through deployment of computer application software, such as OTX and Grade X
    Utilise simulation, rigs and vehicles as per requirement for validation and sign-off of symptom-based diagnostics and service routines.
    Issue diagnostic routines as executable software updates, interacted with product development team to identify requirements, and acknowledge concerns for creation of symptom-based diagnostics/service routines for model programmes.
    Resolving technical issues raised during internal diagnostic validation or end user field use.
    In this role you will be specifying, documenting and supporting the balancing of aftermarket requirements for our products within the process scope.
