The Internal Communications Specialist is responsible for creating and implementing internal/employee communications content which create excitement, drive engagement, align teams & individuals and shape culture.

• Ability to think and communicate clearly, formulate a clear point of view on (sometimes) complicated issues, and create a concise and well-written narrative; samples required
• Outstanding listening and communications skills, both written and oral
• Very good writing and editing skills
• Proficiency in multiple forms of communications technologies and approaches
• Flexible, proactive, highly organized and detail-oriented, can do attitude
• Bachelor degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations or a related field would be an advantage

Join us as and you will:

• Ensure internal messages are communicated to employees in a clear, timely and effective manner, using a high impact writing style and format
• Create specific communications action plans, timelines, and defined deliverables that support the communication of internal messages helping shape culture & drive engagement
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to integrate employee communications content into overall company goals and messaging
• Support the development of an employee communications strategy and execution of the strategy
• Write, edit and produce communications for internal audiences (presentations, scripts, briefing documents, intranet articles, and employee communications, messages and emails, etc)
• Review and edit communications drafted by internal stakeholders and make recommendations to ensure messaging is consistent with internal strategy and tone
• Support social media communications to deliver a strong employee value proposition
• Collaborate and support the work of various internal working groups
• Continually improve, measure, and evaluate effectiveness of employee communications strategy and methods
