    Cerinte

    1-2 years of professional experience;
    Excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint – majority of our reports are performed in Excel / PPT;
    Good PC skills (MS Office, databases, Internet, Outlook);
    Fluent English (both speaking and writing) is a must – all communications are undertaken in English language both written and verbal;
    Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written;
    Technical skills - ease to work with various systems;
    Research and analysis skills;
    Good organizational skills, details oriented;
    Capability to work effectively either individually or in a team;
    Ability to meet deadlines;
    Ability to prioritize and handle urgent requests;
    Respond with promptness to incoming enquiries;

    Responsabilitati

    In Deloitte all our Service Lines are well positioned for growth and an Analyst in the Tax Business Support is needed to sustain the professional team in delivering quality services to our clients.

    As an Analyst in the Tax Business Support, your main tasks will consist in:

    Updating information in various databases & preparing extracts of information;
    Insert opportunities in our customer relationship system in a timely manner; follow-up with managers and colleagues on missing information and make sure the portfolio is updated;
    Provide assistance with risk forms completion and submission to the Central Risk team in order to process billing codes for our projects. Intermediate communication between our engagement teams and the risk operation center.
    Become familiar with Deloitte policies and procedures in order to provide support and consultation when required;
    Act as administrator for the electronic archiving system: grant permissions, provide consultation when issues arise;
    Assist with information centralization from engagement teams / database customization / adjustments of the inserted data;
    Perform financial tasks: generate and customize reports on various financial indicators for our management, provide support during the financial month closing procedures.
