    Requirements

    - Bachelors in electro-mechanical engineering, electronic engineering or mechanical engineering
    - At least 2 years experience as test and debug engineer in the automotive industry is required(for SMT at least 2 years in Industrial Automation or Information Technology)
    - Inspection IPC standard, Rework and repair IPC standard
    - Knowledge about KPI, CPK, SPC of Test and debug processes
    - Operate and programming Test equipment
    - Basic electronics component knowledge
    - Knowledge about soldering process
    - Understand electric and electronic schematics, preumatics schematics
    - Knowledge about Lean manufacturing , Six Sigma
    - Launch experience and/or manufacturing experience is a plus
    - Ability to review, understand and convert functional requirements into valid technical specifications and documentation

    Responsibilities

    - Responsible for installation and validation of test fixture equipment and fixture in production
    - Responsible for requirment specifiction for equipment, tool, fixture, jig
    - Responsible for pre-acceptance for equipment, tool, fixture, jig
    - Responsible for acceptance for equipment, tool, fixture, jig and pallets
    - DFM support
    - Input for fixture design
    - Responsible for project implementation in production – from test point of view
    - Responsible for trials
    - Responsible for process validation and SOP(start of production)
    - Machines, utilities, traceability system implementation
    - Creates Process Flow Charts
    - Develops and maintains process documentation
    - Involved in the specification of type, scope and number of individual pieces of operating equipment (including provisional or series tools, testing equipment, special machines)
    - Determines staffing requirements & production times
    - Creates & updates work instructions
    - Responsible for continuous improvement&process training for maintenance and operators
    - Analyzes and improves process capability and efficiency on machine
    - Creates and maintains Process Failure Modes and Effects Analyze (PFMEA)
    - Validates Manufacturing Processes
    - Creates maintance plan for equipment
    - Designs, implements, and integrates solutions focused around tracking, analyzing, and improving the manufacturing process test and debug
    - Provides and manages production support for test and debug
    - Configures system settings and options, plans and executes integration acceptance testing with required documentation
    - Creates documentation, including project engineering notes, project proposals, project design traceability documentation
    - Authors and executes any software validation activities, with proper oversight, required to support and maintain the MES system
    - Might be subject to potential 24/7 technical support to ensure appropriate response and resolution to manufacturing issues
    - Reports to the IE Manager of the problems as they occur
