Process Engineer

Job requirements:
• University degree in Computer Science, or similar / minimum 3 years relevant experience
• Hands-on experience with SW development process and methodology, active focus on Quality and Process
• Knowledge in automotive quality standards (CMMI, ASPICE, ISO TS 16949)
• Be driven by a role that combines industry methodology, standards and product / service quality
• ASQ certification preferred
• Detail oriented critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in Software Quality Assurance, min. 3 years
• Experience as Process Engineer, min.3 years
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, in-depth understanding of technical documentation

What you will do:
• Audit systems based on ISO 9001:2015 requirements, specific OEM quality documentation knowledge is a plus
• Monitor Software Development adherence to A-Spice Lvl x
• Play an active role in the definition and maintenance of internal processes, provide improvement ideas
• Perform internal evaluations of development process
• Coordinate with external / internal auditors, prepare and support customer audits; drive closure of identified open points
