Gi Group is currently looking for a Marketing Specialist, for one of the most important IT companies, in Bucharest.

Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in the marketing field, on the operational side preferably or B2B Marketing, possibly from the technical field, automotive, telecom or medical equipment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English)

Responsibilities :

Responsible for driving marketing excellence and performance management efforts to provide operational processes, marketing policies, measurement, analytical model and actionable plan to maximize the return on marketing investment. May also provide database analytics and operational expertise to drive fact-based strategic and tactical planning, manage and execute marketing programs.
Prepare the quarterly marketing plan
Plan according to the marketing budget
Execute budget & compliance operations
Execute events & campaigns (Content based campaigns, Social Media)
Co-operate with Partners on channel marketing plans
Ensure the MDF budget compliance (spend according to priorities)
Co-operate with business, sales, partners & marketing agencies
Deliver ROI
Quarterly meetings with the Director and Sales
