    Requirements

    Basic Qualifications:

    - License to practice law, preferably with studies in France or Benelux;
    - Min. 2-3 years of relevant work experience, preferably from a law firm or multinational cooperation;
    - Written and oral proficiency (incl. at legal level) in French and English;
    - Excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and oral communication and presentation skills;
    - Highly organized, flexible and ability to effectively multi-task with professional and positive attitude;
    - Skilled at liaising across multiple business and legal functions to coordinate and implement input from internal stakeholders;
    - Ability to work in multicultural environment.

    Professional knowledge and Skills Requirements

    - Experience with contract drafting/review/negotiation and legal research;
    - Ability to read and understand medium, fairly complex contracts and agreements;
    - Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
    - Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment;
    - Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment;

    Responsibilities

    - Provide legal support to Accenture’s legal team and internal business stakeholders within the corporate functions’ teams (e.g. Procurement, Marketing, Workplace, HR) in France and Benelux countries (mostly via Microsoft Teams/email) in compliance/ethics/operations matters and areas of law such as data privacy, contract law and anticorruption;
    - Document, review, draft and negotiate terms and conditions of various agreements and other legal documents (e.g. Supplier contracts, Non-Disclosure Agreements, RFP responses, Statements of Work, etc.) relevant to the CORE (Compliance, Operations, Regulatory and Ethics) support area;
    - Guide internal stakeholders in managing contractual relationships with suppliers for internal sourcing and matters related to local compliance by using your expert knowledge in local law and applying the company policies/rules and corporate governance;
    - Manage compliance related issues with regards to contracts, internal policy surveillance, contract drafting, and negotiation and other duties as assigned;
    - Assist as needed in development and improvement of internal processes to help optimize the workflow.
