Desired skills & Experience:
•University degree in a technical or economics area;
•Any type of certification in customer service would be an advantage;
•Minimum 3 years’ experience;
•Knowledge of customs legislation;
•We are very interested in proactive attitude, strong customer orientation, attention to details, independent, structured and analytical attitude;
•Good communicative skills and capacity to teamwork;
•Ability to quickly adapt to changing environment, team-player mindset;
•Decision-making & problem-solving skills';
•Computer skills : (MS Office), SAP program;
•Excellent German and English knowledge language (writing and speaking).

Key responsibilities:
•Taking the orders: check customer demands and analyze the orders;
•Registers customer orders in our system (SAP) and confirm to the customers the best delivery date and give them a clear and effective solution.
•Informs the customers about all of changes in delivery schedules.
•Assures and coordinates the internal transport and export for all customer orders;
•Making commercial invoices and all documents necessary for them according to our legal requirements;
•Maintains SAP data on: customer orders, system parameters, commercial conditions, forms, sales prices, etc.
•Updated the long-term sales plan according to the data provided by the sales representatives.
•Making daily/monthly necessary reports;
•Manage customer relationships with a complete, timely and clear communications.
