University degree in food industry is a must (ex. Controlul si Expertiza Produselor Alimentare/ Inginerie alimentara)
Operational knowledge of Quality Management System, HACCP and general legislation specific to Quality
Knowledge of English (written and verbal communication skills)
PC operating knowledge (Microsoft Office)
Analytical thinking, attention to detail, communication skills, proactivity, result orientation, initiative, curious, ambitious, dynamic, passionate about food industry
Relevant experience + Team lead role – at least 3 years

Team lead for shift workers
Manages production allocation to workers, oversees production operation, ensuring that it is performed in line with agreed specs, standards of quality, hygiene, etc.
Manages requirement of RM/PM for production and communicates with Purchasing as required for order placement and
Participates at stock count, intakes of materials from suppliers
Oversees and controls cleaning & disinfection of the facility
Achieving, controlling and maintaining consistent quality of products through the production and extended distribution chain
Managing nonconformities (raw material/ pack materials/ finished products), consumer / customer complaints; investigate Root Causes and establish /implement CAPA (Corrective actions/Preventive actions)
Supports Quality Assurance Manager in developing, implementing and reviewing HACCP plan; quality system documentation
Supports internal audits of the quality system, ensures implementation of preventive & corrective actions
Document traceability of products
Perform ingredients & FG testing to ensure quality is per specifications
