Senior Reporting Analyst

QUALIFICATIONS:
• 2+ years in data and analytics; working with complex data, delivering regular reports, trends and / or data analytics, customized based on customer needs.
• 5+ years in multicultural environment.
• Strong communication skills – communicates effectively, across cubicles, organizational boundaries and cultures.
• Strong Excel (complex functionalities, VBA is a plus) and PowerPoint skills.
• Ability to work independently with a strong attention to details.
• Possesses great organizational skills, attention to details, possesses strong analytical skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with main stakeholders, and cross-functional partners and indirect stakeholders.
• Gets excited about systems, processes and constantly seeks improvement opportunities.
• Highly motivated self-starter, driven for results, effective at prioritizing and managing complex tasks.
• Experience with leading process improvements is a plus.

Data Analytics & Reporting Specialist

• In this role, you will have the opportunity develop in depth understanding of Oracle tools and reporting capabilities as well as helping stakeholders learn how to use data through exploration, in-depth analysis, and good research.
MAIN RESPONSABILITIES:
• Producing and delivering recurrent and ad-hoc reports to meet business needs
• Data analysis and reporting trends and/ or analytics required to meet business needs
• Manage data from primary or secondary sources available both in structured and unstructured form
• Turn data into key indicators to identify patterns and trends (data blending, grouping, table calcs, trend lines, etc.).
• Data validation. Dig into data gaps, reporting capabilities limitations
• Make recommendations to improve service and systems.
• Understand customers’ needs beyond their expressed requirements, based on in depth knowledge of Oracle’s processes, systems and reporting capabilities.
• Create documentation and training materials relating to reporting services and other related activities.
• Facilitate training and best practices for team members and customers.
• Lead or contribute to reporting automation and expansion of reporting service.
• Lead or involved in projects at regional / global level on various processes and systems.
