Senior SQL Lead Developer

Our client it’s a company based in California that started a couple of years ago to develop a platform for clinical programs.

Their product is an application that can be seen as a niche ERP to address clinical trials planning and budgeting. Clinical trials are the most strategic and capital consuming projects within the pharmaceutical industry.

Responsibilities

• Guide team development efforts to successful deliveries
• Provide technical leadership through coaching and mentorship
• Maintain high software quality standards
• Establish good development practices and habits to product high-quality software
• Identify and encourage areas for growth and improvement within the team
• Collaborate with other software developers, business analysts and software
architects to plan, design, develop, test, and maintain applications built on Microsoft
technologies
• Assist in the documentation of user's requirements, development of user stories,
estimates and work plans
• Design, develop, and unit test applications in accordance with established standards
• Production support

-Proven experience in developing transactional systems (OLTP)
-Basic administration SQL Server skills (security, backup, restore, etc)
-Technology stack: .NET- 1-2 projects would be an advantage/ React- will be a plus
-At least 5 years experience with SQL server as primary DB or above 5 years experience in Oracle and at least 2 years with SQL Server as secondary DB
