    Requirements

    Education and Experience Required:

    First-level university degree or equivalent experience; advanced university degree preferred.
    Typically 6-10 years of related experience, preferably in supply chain, customer service, procurement or financial management.
    Typically 2-4 years of experience supporting global/regional accounts or large, complex domestic accounts.
    Project management experience preferred.

    Knowledge and Skills:

    Excellent communication skills (e.g. written, verbal, presentation); mastery in English.
    Excellent leadership, negotiation and influence skills.
    Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
    Strong project management, problem solving, and analytical skills.
    Strong ability to collaborate and network with other groups and functions to reach business objectives, in support of the customer/partner requirements.
    Strong ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with external customers/partners up to the Director level.
    Solid financial and business acumen.
    Proven ability to identify and implement customer-specific process improvements.

    Responsibilities

    Role and Responsibilities:

    Align with regional Business leads over the operational strategy and requirements
    Cascade the business needs and priorities towards Vendor Manager and operational environment to ensure deliverables for the market are met
    Escalation point for the Market leadership, working with the Vendor assigned Operations leads to solve the escalation.
    Own the escalations at account level and following through for resolution with regular updates to the escalation initiators.
    Understand business reporting needs, document and qualify it, set and align expectations with the business on deliverables and timelines
    Represent the results of the business, function or region in a comprehensive and logical manner and report out weekly to the assigned market on the Risks, actuals vs forecasts and operations projection.
    Understand in depth the Market specials, tools and capabilities and orchestrate new tools & service introduction for the assigned market. ERP deployment lead for the region.
    Propose, develop and deploy process improvements aligned with the other markets (when possible)
    Consult business members on reporting questions and support them with required analysis and data
    Set clear and accurate report out calendar (newsletter) and deadlines for each individual country and customers and cascade to Operations.
    Foster collaboration with Business and Operations and act as an interface for the two lines
    Host governance meetings and present actual metrics and targets, risk logs and follow up when commitments documented are not delivered (cross function)
    Proactively build the monthly schedule for the market
    Monitors and reports as needed the main process area metrics
    Hosts Market level review meetings and presents plans for improvement as needed
    Flags financial deviations (and reasons) proactively to Finance and Market management
    Leads the way in solving operational gaps and securing long term resolution
    Defines way forward and confidently supports operational progress
    Engage the Vendor coordinator to set the milestones for each deliverable
