Essential Requirements:

- +2 years of experience in a similar role;
- Prior experience developing applications using Java/J2EE technologies, including Spring, Hibernate, Web Application/Web Services with JBoss & WebSphere, Restful Webservices etc.;
- Excellent communication skills with strong Agile knowledge;
- Good diagnostic and problem-solving skills;
- Proven ability to apply programming languages to develop solutions to business needs;
- Proven ability to effectively troubleshoot program errors.

The Software Engineering team delivers next-generation software application enhancements and new products for a changing world. Working at the cutting edge, we design and develop software for platforms, peripherals, applications and diagnostics — all with the most advanced technologies, tools, software engineering methodologies and the collaboration of internal and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prioritizes own work regarding the development, coding, testing and debugging of new software or enhancements to existing software;
- Drive L3 resolution by logging defects and identify course of action;
- Work closely to business to understand the needs and assist in establishing group priorities;
- Responsible for the development and implementation of customized web applications while adhere to standards and timelines;
- Help with the drive for the solution definition;
- Drive deployments from a technical perspective.
