Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field, with 5+ years relevant experience preferred;
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills required;
- Self-starter with strong financial modeling, presentation, organizational, and business partnership skills;
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint;

World-leading approaches in finance are fundamental to our success. Our Financial Analysis team has a broad and important responsibility. We rely on our analysts to develop, interpret and implement financial concepts for planning and control. Their technical analysis of present and future financial performance informs all kinds of management decisions and strategies. And their research has an impact on everything from acquisitions and investments to customer deals, working capital requirements and forecasting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensures execution of end-to-end financial processes (e.g. Close, Outlook, Forecast);
- Builds insightful modeling to explain changes in financial performance;
- Analyzes and evaluates financial plans, including actual and planned results;
- Prepares financial views for critical leadership meetings and decision support;
- Assists in the development of special financial and business-related analyses;
- Provides ad-hoc analysis for Finance Director and Business unit Controllers.
