Our Sales Operations Excellence team is at the heart of developing quoting processes and procedures for administering, fulfilling and communicating both online and offline orders. A bridge between Quoting and other operational functions, we use our expertise to evaluate and implement improvements to quoting programs and processes. Put simply, we make sure the process of getting our ground-breaking products and services to customers as simple and seamless as possible.

Essential Requirements :
- 4+ years of related experience in a professional role with a Bachelor’s degree;
- Ability to lead global project teams;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal in English; ability to communicate clearly and present at leadership level;
- Ability to manage conflicts and identify risks;
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office products;
- Solid problem solving and presentation skills;
- Certification in project management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manages projects, or specific activities related to Quoting Operational Excellence team within given constraints of scope, schedule, budget, and quality through the duration of the project;
- Prepares detailed project plans of an engagement within the standards of project management methodologies. Identifies project risks and remediation plans;
- Ensures all project documentation is kept up to date and communicated to the relevant stakeholders on a timely basis ;
- Utilizes relevant project management tools, systems, and applications ;
- Maintains in-depth awareness of business and internal processes and practices to meet project/program delivery requirements;
- Develops recommendations and implements solutions to project/program challenges
- Manages simultaneously multiple global projects.
