Software Engineer in Test Intern

Requirements:

• Good command of a programming language from: C/C++, C#, Java, Python, Javascript
• Basic knowledge of UNIX-like operating systems
• Good mood and strong personality
• Passion to design elegant solutions to complex problems
• Ability to work in a team, to interact efficiently with other people

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of SDLC and QA principles
• Prior experience with front-end technologies
• Good understanding of RESTful web architectures
• SQL databases (Oracle Database and MySQL)
• Experience with virtualization techniques (VMWare, Docker, VirtualBox)
• Experience with end-to-end CI and CD pipelines

We are looking for a highly motivated Software Engineer in Test Intern with a strong background in an IT-related discipline. You will be a key member of an agile team and will be working on Axway’s reference solution for the MFT market.

We challenge you to:

• Contribute to the strategic decisions on the new features and the technical choices;
• Imagine, design and develop new features from A to Z as a team;
• Prototype a possible solution when needed;
• Develop and evaluate User Stories;
• Design and develop automated tests;
• Improve and sharpen the tools we use every day to develop and test

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement and maintain the ecosystem for testing Axway’s MFT solution
• Enhance the internal component library
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Application Engineering
